How Shipping Works
Once you place your order, we begin processing it with our trusted fulfillment partners and supplier network. Your item is prepared, packed, and shipped directly to your delivery address.
Because we work with multiple suppliers, shipping times can vary depending on the product, destination, and current order volume.
Where We Ship
XO·Cat ships internationally, with a primary focus on the United States.
At checkout, you’ll see whether shipping is currently available for your location.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free. No minimum order value is required.
Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, it typically takes 1–5 business days to process before shipment.
During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If that happens, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Delivery Time
Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped.
- United States: typically 5–12 business days
- International orders: typically 7–20 business days
- Remote areas: delivery may take longer
The most accurate shipping estimate will be shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, when available.
Please note that tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear after the shipping label has been created.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately.
This means:
- you may receive more than one package
- packages may arrive on different days
- each package may have its own tracking number
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Prices are shown in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or local taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or reshipment.
